MPEG4 file i dled from itunes won't open

    I recently dl'ed a MPEG4 file from itunes which i bought and then i tried to transfer it to my mp3 player and then i started up my mp3 player and it said no music found??

    Also it says that the file is protected and has a lock over it (like an actula pic of a lock..lol)? i can't get it on my mp3 player aha someone tell me how to unlock it or somethin.

    First of all, what's the MP3 player (make, model if you know) that you're trying to play it on.

    If I'm right iTunes still only lets you download in Apples format so unless you have an Apple MP3 player (iPod of some sort) you will need to convert the song into an MP3.

    i have a creative nomad fx player, nope i don't have a ipod. How do i convert it into an mp3 file?

    Burn them to an audio CD using itunes, then import those songs into your Cr4eative media center from the CD.
