Mpfvc11n.exe - What Is It?

Does anybody have any idea what 'mpfvc11n.exe' is because Mcafee keeps popping up every 5 minutes and asking whether I want to grant it access or block it's access to the Internet. I've searched Google and I've also searched my computer for the file but cannot find it anywhere.
