mplayer2.exe wont delete! can anyone help?

I have been having a problem with five files that keep coming back after i delete them. They are copies because the deleted files stay in the recycle bin as fresh copies of the files are restored to the windows media player folder. The files are:

mplayer2.exe
laprxy.dll
logagent.exe
npdsplay.dll
npwmsdrm.dll

again ever time i delete these files from their folder they are replicated.
