'ms money express' disappearing startup window ???

tried to find a 'reminder' function in my 'ms money 2003' but doesnt seem to be.

after trying the 'ms discussion groups' under 'money' is sounds like there is no reminder function (kinda wierd for a financial program), but it sounded like there was for the 'money express' program.

so tried to use my 'money express'.

well, the 'money express' window appears to 'open' but then disappears (like goes behind the desktop screen background)... there is a flicker of the window header when try to 'maximize' out of the 'windows task manager - applications' window (only place i can seem to get that option), but it instantaneously dissolves, even though it is 'open'.

so now Ive got at least 2-questions...

1. is there not a 'money 2003' bill payer reminder function?

2. how to get the 'money express' startup window to open?

any ideas?
