MS Office Outlook email links blocked

Lately when I try to open a link in an email in my MS Office 2003, I get a highlighted message underneath "blocked", and the link. When I open the link firefox opens to my homepage, not the link. I disabled my Sygagate and my Avast but the link is still blocked. I am also running Spywareblaster and Advanced Care Professional. I can't see anything under the Outlook options to unblock the links. Any suggestions?

 

hold down the shift key when you clink on the link and see if that will work
