MS removal virus aftermath

Hello,
I have recently been infected with a malware called "MS Removal Tool" or something of that nature. I ran a malwarebytes scan in safe mode which seemed to have removed the program. However, I believe I still have other viruses left over since now I'm still getting norton antivirus warnings. I crash when trying to set up superantispyware or run combofix so I'm unable to do the logs. I got the idea to do it from reading the thread on:

Hello, I ended having to backup some of the important files and reformat since I couldn't find a way to get the logs you wanted. I guess maybe it was some rootkit or something...Idunno... Sorry to have wasted your time.
