ms run time error 800A1391

I am having problems installing the TurboTax program from Intuit. It will install completely, (or so it seems) but when you try to use the program, it is unresponsive. It takes you to the start page, but clicking on the start button produces no result. I get a message telling me there is an error running script on this page, and asking if I want to continue. If I answer yes, it comes up with another, similar message. I am attaching screen shots of these messages.

I have contacted Turbotax support, and no matter what they tried, we couldnt get past this problem. They concluded that there was something on my computer preventing the program from launching. I have thoroughly scanned my computer with several anti virus programs but no problems were discovered. The programs I used were 1. Malwarebytes Anti Malware, 2., Super Anti Spyware, 3. MS Security Essentials, and finally 4. Trend micro House Call.
