    I've got a question/problem regarding MS Word that hopefully somebody will be able to help me with and save me alot of time. Here's the situation: I've got a document that needs to show screen shots of about 100 screens, each in a total of 6 languages for a total of ~600 pictures. Since the captions will be mostly the same with only the language word changing, I want to be able to save time and not repeat the process 6 times, but find a way to do it once and copy the formatting 5 more times. I know I'm explaining this poorly so let me go straight to an example. Each picture has a line of text on top of it and a line of text on the bottom of it. It looks like this: (blue text represents links)

    See Figure A-1 for Title of Figure A-1

    <picture goes here>

    Figure A-1 Title of Figure A-1

    If I do a simple copy/paste, the second A-1 number (line 3) will increment correctly to A-2, but the reference to it (line 1) will still point to the original A-1 and will display A-1. Since I don't want to have to go through hundreds of lines and redo references, which is a total pain in the butt, I'd rather see if somebody knows a quicker way to make sure the references point to the new pictures instead of the old ones. I'm sure I'm missing some info here so if anybody needs any more info, let me know. Thanks for the help in advance.
