ms04-011 lsass exploit, running amok & disabled my anti-bug programs

is anyone out there? i am experiencing new and exciting problems with this bug...after downloading ccleaner, ms anti-virus, ad-aware, and doing two of the online scans recommended in "read & run" my anti-bug programs have been disabled and do not function...please, any advice would be appreciated

 

so, i have tried to uninstall and reinstall these programs, am not able to uninstall trendmicro's pc-cillin...it is not functioning (options to scan are unchecked and when i check them and hit "apply" they go blank again)

i am adding my tm pcc log in addition to the hjt logs, every other scan has come up negative...but how could my anti-bug programs all go belly-up at the same time?...also, the "mass emailing" boot from google is pretty unnerving as well as the attempted info hi-jacks...please let me know if you can help or if i should try something different...i don't really know what to do.

...so its pretty late here (taiwan) and i hope to hear from you tomorrow...i have done as much as i can on the "read & run" ...downloaded the programs, ran them in safemode, uploaded the logs, switched from ie to ff and msjava to sunjava...the only thing i haven't been able to do is unhide files and file extensions due to the chinese os...(taiwan, eh?)...please, if there is nothing you can do, just tell me and i will...well, i don't know what i'll do but i will stop filling up your website with pitiful pleas for help, ok? ok.
