I did read and run me. I thought it cured it but when I restarted it still brought up MSA security center and put back on 1 of 2 porn icons that were on there. There is a similar thread as this one (http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?p=1204341) but I don't know if the logs would be different, so I decided to start my own. I have Trend Micro HijackThis up and I have a few I want to delete but thought I would wait to make sure. I am attaching my super anti spy ware, combofix, and malware bites and in the next post the mglogs.zip.
    halp!

    Welcome to MG's!

    Let's start with this:

Please disable all anti-virus and anti-spyware programs while we do the following (re-enable when you are finished):

Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it. (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator). This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:
    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.

Now Copy the bold text below to notepad. Save it as fixME.reg to your desktop. Be sure the "Save as" type is set to "all files" Once you have saved it double click it and allow it to merge with the registry.
Now download The Avenger by Swandog469, and save it to your Desktop.

    * Extract avenger.exe from the Zip file and save it to your desktop
    * Run avenger.exe by double-clicking on it.
    * Do not change any check box options!!
    * Copy everything in the Quote box below, and paste it into the Input script here: part of the window:

    * Now click the Execute button.
    * Click Yes to the prompt to confirm you want to execute.
    * Click Yes to the Reboot now? question that will appear when Avenger finishes running.
    * Your PC should reboot, if not, reboot it yourself.
    * A log file from Avenger will be produced at C:\avenger.txt and it will popup for you to view when you login after reboot.

Also delete all files in the below folders except ones from the current date (Windows will not let you delete the files from the current day).
    C:\WINDOWS\Temp
    C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Temp

Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it. Then attach the new C:\MGlogs.zip file that will be created by running this and also attach the log from Avenger.

Be sure to tell us how things are running.

When I restarted from Avenger the Porn icons appeared on the desktop. So I ran hijack this and removed the vie 1,2,3,4&5 from the files cause I thought those were viruses. The porn didn't reappear on the desktop after I restarted, I'll give it some more reboots though. I found the porn Icons in the system 32 folder and deleted them from there. That is all that is going on right now. It seems like everything else is running smoothly.
Here are the zip file and the avenger log file

    thanks

Sneaky little thing has mutated...please don't restart you computer unless the fix calls for it.

The system volume files will be removed when you toggle system restore.

The good news is your logs are clean. Now we need to do some finishing up from the scans:

Copy the bold text below to notepad. Save it as fixME.reg to your desktop. Be sure the "Save as" type is set to "all files" Once you have saved it double click it and allow it to merge with the registry.
Make sure that you tell me if you receive a success message about adding the above
to the registry. If you do not get a success message, it definitely did not work.

If you get a success message, then it is time to do our final steps:

O.k. the fixme.reg worked just fine. But now McAfee will not update. I have tried. fixing the *.dll files. uninstalling and reinstalling. It just will not update. I keep getting:

    McAfee AutoUpdate Properties - AutoUpdate
Failed to initialize Common Updater subsystem. make sure the McAfee Framework Service is runing. McAfee common Framework returned error 800**** @ 1 or 2 or 3

The last part changes each time: 800706b5 @ 3 or it could be 80040154 @ 1

I've also noticed I cannot start McAfee Framework Service.

O.k. never mind, I fixed that by taking FrameworkManifest.xml from a computer that works and putting it on the damaged one. I could install it only from safemode. Then update finally worked.
