Msbkmyrjic.dll

Please help. After I ran a scan tonight, AVG told me that I had a virus. So, I removed it as they suggested. Since then, with any program I try to open, I first get this message:

"This application has failed to start because msbkmyrjic.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

If I say continue anyway, the program will open. I can hear the hard drive spinning a good bit though. I've run several different malware removers to no avail. I tried system restore, but it says that system restore has been turned off. I have no memory of ever turning it off though. Please help!
