MSCONFIG - Startup Help Needed (pic incl.)

    No major issue or problem here, just wanted to tidy up a bit.

    Please have a look at the screenshot picture provided and tell me what I could possibly check or uncheck to improve on the performance of my system. Or if you see something that may be harmful, please let me know.

    MSASCui;Acrotray;iTuneshelper;Nerocheck;NBJ and AdobeAcrobat all do not have to be there. This will not improve the performance of your computer but improve the start up time.

    Check Options in your Quicktime player and if there is a box that says put in startup, unceck that.
