msgsrv32 (not responding)

    Hello all, I am having a problem with a windows 98se based laptop. It will sometimes hang up shortly after startup and when I pull up the task manager it lists msgsrv32 (not responding). It seems that when this started ie explorer also has slowed down and am having problems getting pages to load in any speed that is faster than a snail crawling up a mountain! Any ideas? :rolleyes: :rolleyes:

    It also won't let me go to shutdown or anything, it just totally hangs the computer. Help!!!!! Feel like taking a hammer and making me a parts puter out of it!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!! Someone, anyone, please help :)
