MSI K9N NEO ..OC'ing this ?

I am really at an Impass I bought this mobo and a 3800+ with some value Kingston DDR2 667 MHz ram and I can not get this CPU above 2.2GHz is this just not a good Mobo / Ram combo for OC'ing ? Very little you can do in the bios that is for sure and this Ram really stinks ! but maybe some one here can help me out OC'ing this rig?

 

i have a MSI K8N Neo and its overclocking features are great! Im quite sure that your mobo also has the features. in the bios menu you should find "Core Cell" and in their you will find all your overclocking need. (FSB, voltages, HT)

 

Well I did find that place but here is my problem finding the HT not there finding the FSB is there and the voltage the voltage is ONLY for the ram not the CPU . see I can not get pasted 2.2GHz at all the value ram is ofcourse holding me back but I would not think that much so there must be some thing els doing it . this is nothing like a DFI mobo I can tell you this .
