tried other stuff just not good with computers easy to say just do this when your an expert.I'm frigged

 

The tutorial is very clear on what you need to do.

That is the exact same log I just remove.

Read the tutorial and follow it.

 

yes its a clear as the income tax act to the ones the wrote it but when your not an expect sounds and looks like just words.I thank you for trying to help but think this is way over my head at this point.Ran scans nothing present but i know its there cause when in messenger it puts up link!

 

Not being able to remove emoticons from MSNMessenger is not a malware problem. Uninstall the program. If it is no longer installed, reinstall it and uninstall.

You do have apiece of unwanted software on your computer.

Scan with HijackThis and fix teh following:

Next open Windows Explorer navigate to and delete the following: C:\Program Files\SoftwareOnline\ <<------ Delete the directory.

REBOOT

Post your logs from thr tutorial. Post a fresh HijackThis log.
