   Hey,
   
   Just something that makes me curious with my MSN Messenger 7.0.
   
   It loads on StartUp (which is fine) but say I right-click and exit it, thus shutting the program down and then later on reload it, it'll load up the Windows Installer page and will do a quick loading session before MSN Messenger finally appears... I'm a bit confused as to why.

   Do you have all OS updates, as I do remember one update for the Windows Installer that had a few bugs fixed ( Windows Installer V3.1 v2 for W2K/XP/2003 )
   
   BTW what is your OS and version?
   
   Is your MSN 7 also the latest version?
   Do you use a 3rd party skin or any add-ons?
