MSN virus being sent to all my MSN contacts

Hi All

New to this virus thing with msn messenger

I have been hit with something.
I send out variants of this

"Want to see my cousins new baby Cute little boy got chubbiest cheeks in the world lol img652-JPeG.zip

I have ran AVG, SUPERAntiSpyware
SpyBot - Search & Destroy
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
combofix.exe
MGtools.exe
HJT

I have been able to detect nothing.
I would request some assistance if anyone could help.
I do believe this all started around June 23,2008.

Please attach the logs you got when you ran the scans. The ones we'd like to see are MalwareBytes, SuperAntiSpyware, Combofix and C:\MGlogs.zip.
