Msn Virus.. Help A Brother Out :)

Hi Guys,

I have had a problem with my Msn for a while now and cant seem to get rid of it. I have ran a ton of spyware programs, also my avg virus scanner and Microsoft hook me up with a scanner and they all found nothing. I believe the virus is attached to my Msn cause that's where most of the problems happen..:cry:cry

Ok first off i get about 50 messages a day from people that are not even on my list saying something like "my cam is not working message me hear and they provide a link. I have never clicked on one of those links so i don't know how this started.

The 2nd problem i have is web pages i am on start to freeze into the msn window of the person i'm chatting with. Its hard to explain but that why i attached some pictures. In the picture i am talking with a buddy but the msn chat window dispersers and facebook is replaced in the window. If i run the cursor around i can clear up most of the window again. I hope this makes sence. again look at the pic and u will understand.

I had Microsoft remote assistance and take control of my computer but they didn't know how to fix it cause they suck. haha . so I'm hoping you FANTASTIC boys know whats up.

Please help. Im ready to throw this comp of a bridge and get a new one!!!!!!!

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.

Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.

If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can running steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:

If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
