Msn virus please help

Ok i tried posting this on another site and no one helped me there, so i decided to try here.

i have an msn virus where u get it as a message saying "is this a picture of u" or something, its the problem here:

I've followed it to the part where he says to download OTMoveIt by OldTimer. but the link is dead. will someone help me finish getting rid of this?

I'm not sure what you were asked to remove with OT MoveIt, but whoever was helping you probably put in some time identifying which files needed to be removed if the posting got that far. If you want us to help you, we have a similar but slightly different way of doing things and would ask that you run through the instuctions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST and then attach the logs you get with your next post.
