Msn Virus? Trojan?

MSN VIRUS​

Okay so here my story goes.
I was chatting on MSN to one of my friends and in the middle of the chat he sends me a zip file named "new pictures". I accepted it and as always I scanned it before extracting it. AVG said it was safe. So I extracted it, when I did I saw a file that said Myspace. And I thought it was some kind of link so when I double click it my computer starts working different.

Then when I was only chatting over MSN to another friend, suddenly the mouse froze and then a lot of MSN convos started opening and closing. I pressed alt+ctl+del to close any "exe" program doing it. I found one that said winboot.exe i closed it and everything went ok from there. Then I wanted to sign out from MSN to cancel any file that was sent. Then I logged back in and I asked my friends what did they get and they said some zip file of new pictures. Now when I do ALT+CTL+DEL and go to Applications I have a lot of unwanted applications. I close them and they open again.... T_T
And then I talked to my "over internet friends lol" and told them about the virus and they told me they have it to and that they know alot of people that have the same god-dammed virus too!! AND IT KEEPS SENDING IT OVER MSN AT RANDOM TIMES!

Then when I was normally checking into my folders, a MSN window opened up. I wasn't even logged on. And It said if I wanted to log on MSN. The MSN window looked different and everything, obviously the virus wanted to hack my password, so I pressed cancel. When I did it kept on popping over and over... O_O

The virus just kept on going worse. Now it tells me that if I want to download some programn called Anti-Malware, i press no or the "x" button and it takes me to a website and it starts scanning by itself. I close it asap. Then anything pops up and tells me my computer is infected and that if I want to scan it, i press no and the same thing. Now I have pop-ups.

PLEASE HELP ME! I DONT WANT THIS TROJAN TO GO WORSE!! :cry
