Multi-Media Cleaning System instructions?

Once again, a tech company seems to "short-changing" one of their products (as far as I am concerned).

I have a "Fellowes (brand) Multi-Media Cleaning System" (www.fellowes.com).

There are no instructions on how to use it, other than; "DIRECTIONS: Remove cap and pierce nozzle. Use as directed on instructions" (!???!).

I would simply like to use the disk to clean a car CD player, but have no clue as to how much fluid to use, or where to apply it on the disk.

Fellowes has not answered my email to them - not even an auto-reply.
