MULTIDROPPER FK found with CA anti virus

hi there, hope you can help
I have ca anti virus with real time web and email scanner.
its an all in one program with firewall and spyware detection.
The last day or so i get the black screen that says
we are sorry for the inconvenience but Windows was unable to start..ect ect...
i cant run safe mode or normal mode it just goes back to the same screen, the only option that worked was to strt using the last known configuration, then it booted up fine.
I have the CA set to do quick spyware scans as i usually have 1 after using the net, however i do not normally look anymore as it was usually the same one.
This time i looked and saw it was multidropper fk. It said it quarantined it but it still shows up no matter how many times i scan.
i followed the directions and downloaded all the programs from the read and run me post, but it is still there.
i will attach the logs from them all.

 

computer was reformatted, problem solved.
