    Hi all,

Wondering if someone has had previous experience with this issue. Can't quiet get my head around it.
    O.k here is the situation.
Few days ago purchased new hardware to build a pc, got the parts, got home, installed everything, fresh copy of windows 7 home premium 64 bit seemed fine.
The problems I'm facing now are:

BSOD IRQ NOT EQUAL OR LESS
    MEMORY MANAGEMENT
    BAD_POOL

Computer eventually boots then my aero transparency disappears and I also lose connection to the internet. Wireless service apparently not running. A minute or 2 later it all comes back to normal. I would not care so much if the hardware was old but seeing it's brand new its annoying I would appreciate any input on how to fix the problem or opinions to go into the shop and return it. I am suspecting a bad motherboard controller. Why, simply because I have tested booting with a single ram stick in any of the slots. Same thing happens in any slot with any stick.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi

So you're getting a BSOD? Please list ALL information on the BSOD, or attach the minidump file(s) to your next post so we can analyze them.

Those errors tend to point to memory problems. What happened when you tested the ram sticks individually using memtest86+?

    Just a quick update.
Did a fresh install of windows again thinking it might have been a bad install. Did not do any tweaks like I usually do such as stopping sevices, hacking registry, etc etc (never had a problem before with same actions) Anyway it started blue screening again. I suspected the memory myself so i ran memtest86 11 tests in total error free. Currently as we speak Im running HD Tune Pro 4.61 to check if the ssd is problematic, so far so good. How would I go on about finding the system dumps is a copy kept in event viewer or do i have to get it as soon as it happens.
    Thanks

Check for a firmware update for the SSD, also for a BIOS update for the 'board.

It's quite possible that the BIOS is using incorrect settings for the RAM, try to find the correct settings, inc. voltage, and manually set them in the BIOS.

Do have the latest bios, as well as the updated firmware for the ssd which got released not long ago. As for the voltages it is all correct as it should be 1.5v i think it was not too sure now and 9-9-9-24 stock timings. (did check that though)
The reason it bothers me so much its simply due to the fact of hassles having to send to the manufacturer since the hardware is only a few days old and dealing with the shop would be much easier.
These boards (sandybridge) did have major issues and got pulled of the market, begining this year so it might just be that they havent fixed their stuff properly. Any other tests I should run. No BSOD at the moment though.
Thanks for all the help so far guys.

Thanks. Just tried to look at dumps myself but I've never before dealt with it so I'm quite inexperienced in that field :-o
I'm truly starting to suspect the motherboard. Can someone confirm this please before I go in and exchange it.

Just done some research and it has made me even more confused now lol.
Some of those BSODS pointed me to hot, cold system memory issue. Hard drive controller faulty or motherboard controller.
Oh the frustrations. I would still like someone more experienced to have a look at those dumps please.

I'm trying to make some sense of the dumps, a few thoughts: turn off the 'MemOK' function if it's enabled and set the RAM for 1066Mhz; try connecting the SSD to the Intel SATA ports if it's currently connected to the Marvell - or vice-versa.

If you make one change at a time, it'll make it easier to find anything that changes the BSOD's.

Is your Corsair RAM actually listed on the QVL for that 'board?

The ram is indeed listed as it recognises 1333-2400Mhz on the motherboard. Went in today and exchanged my SSD for a brand new one on the spot, came back home, installed windows for the 534534534 time lol... MEMORY_MANAGEMENT so i ran memtest86 and came up with billion errors in red. The problems seems to occur from cold boot so look like the memory is defective. I will try your method now just to make sure but most likely will just go in and buy,

Is it worth the extra or just buy this lower freq instead, or anything else at that price of that website, would prefer 2x4GB due to future upgrades

Seems to be a perfect fit for my board and hassle free. Thank you all for the help. Much appreciated

Kingston and Crucial RAM looks to stand a better chance of compatibility generally, make doubly sure that whatever RAM you use is really compatible with your 'board.
