Multiple Ie processes running in task manager

Hi

I have multiple ie running in task manager which takeup a lot of memory, I can ave atleast 20 IE processes running at a time. It runs when Im not connected to the net, they run when I have one ie window open and some ad exoclick site keps trying to install itself onto m machine. Iv scanned with Mcafee's updated software and found nothing. I scanned with webroot spysweeper 4.0.3 and got a lot of cookies removed, a bit of adware and thats it. having searched on google im inclined to believe I have spam, malware or adware. One of the sites told me to delete all my *.tmp files, but im worried some might be necessary, and those in c:\windows\temp 2 could not be removed. Regardless, nothing has worked. I still get the exoclick.com trying to install and the millions of IEs. Is there a way can fix this once an for all. Webroot is not updated as my subscription has expired but it sent me this log:
