    Is there any way to get the whole filename to appear in WinExplorer instead of 1-2 lines with dots? It does show the full name when clicked, but I would like to do this for inactive files as well - all files. Is there any advice for this, for example by editing the Registry? Or some small sw fot this?

    Thanks for the tip.

    Here are a few options you can try:

    1. Change the View Settings:
    Switching to List or Details view in File Explorer can help display the full filename without truncation. You can do this by clicking on the View tab and selecting List or Details.

    2. Adjust Column Width:
    You can manually adjust the width of the column to ensure the full filename is visible. Simply click and drag the column separator to the right.

    3. Registry Edit:
    You can modify the Windows Registry to show full filenames. However, be cautious when editing the registry as incorrect changes can cause system issues. Here's a general guide:
    * Press Win + R, type regedit, and press Enter to open the Registry Editor.
    * Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced.
    * Find the FullPath entry and set its value to 1.
