I'm getting multiple processes that start up with my computer and restart themselves if I use taskmanager to end them. Here's a list...

    b.exe
    iexplore.exe
    VsTskMgr.exe

and then sometime I'll have processes that aren't what they say they are...
    notepad.exe for example....

and sometimes I have similarly named processes running, like MDM.exe and mdm.exe

I first noticed it because I would be playing a game, and multiple times the game would cease to be the active window because some process started.

In addition to that problem, and probably more important, I cannot start MBAM, SB S&D, McAfee On-Demand Scan, or SD Setup. When I attempt to run them nothing happens. No warning messages, no errors, nothing.

I could not complete a full run through of the read and run. My computer simply refused to run half of the programs. Hopefully someone can find something based on the MGlogs and/or RRlogs.

Anyway, I appreciate any help I can get...

Uninstall the below very outdated version of Sun Java.
    J2SE Runtime Environment 5.0 Update 5

Now install the current version of Sun Java from: Sun Java Runtime Environment

Now try to run SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes and ComboFix per the cleaning instructions.

Also delete all files and subfolders in the below folders except ones from the current date (Windows will not let you delete the files from the current day).
    C:\WINDOWS\Temp
    C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Administrator\Local Settings\Temp

Now run Ccleaner. Only use the Run Cleaner button. Do not run anything else on any other forms.

Now run the C:\MGtools\GetLogs.bat file by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator).

    Then attach the below logs:
    • C:\avenger.txt
    • the logs from SUPERAntiSpyware, Malwarebytes and ComboFix if they ran
    • C:\MGlogs.zip
Make sure you tell me how things are working now!
