Recently I seem to have acquired numerous trojans that I first noticed whyen my computer started play random advertisements when I wasn't even running my browser. I've noticed a bunch of files in the system32 folder, and despite me deleting them numerous times, they always come right back. Here are some of the ones I found that I'm certain are involved:

    atsxyzd.sys
    afinding.exe
    Nobicyt.exe
    perfs.exe
    routing.exe
    wserving.exe
edtxfst.sys (I think this is responsible for the ads, because killing it stopped an ad in process)

and probably more too. Despite me deleting prefetch files where I could, and disabling all non-Microsoft services and all programs upon startup, in addition to deleting these files, they keep coming back. Has anyone experienced similar problems and could help me get rid of these once and for all, or at least point me in the right direction?

    Welcome to Major Geeks!

    First:
Open notepad and copy and paste the following text in the quote box into the window:
    Save this as fix.bat
Choose to save as all files.
Doubleclick fix.bat and let the program run.
A small black dos window will flash, this is normal.

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.

Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.

READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

    Note:

    1. If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can running steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:

Starting your computer in Safe mode

    2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.
