Multiple User Backup

I have a Vista machine at home that is set up for multiple "Users", myself, wife and two kids.

I've purchased an external hard drive and am trying to come up with a good, simple backup strategy.

I've downloaded Macrium Reflect and done a full image back up and am satisfied that it will work for disaster recovery.

What I'm looking to do is a file backup for docs, music, pictures, etc for each of the users. My question is what is a simple way to back up the data for all the different users? I downloaded Karen's Replicator, logged in and copied the "users" folder off the "C" drive but it only copies the files for me as the logged in user and not the others. I've also looked at SyncToy and it appears the same. It seems kinda silly to have to log in as each user and copy those files.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I found a simple, easy solution. Turn of UAC, and then copy the "Users" folder from "c" to my external, then turn UAC back on. Worked great.
