Music Match Help?

Couldn't find a forum for this,so I'm hoping that someone can help me.
When I attempt to play a CD, Music Match loads correctly but will not play the CD. I tried other CD's so thats not the problem. My CD Drive is not the problem because the CD's play perfectly in Windows Media Player. I can play my playlists.but not the CD. Music Match then stalls and I must shut down my computer to retreive the CD. I have reinstalled Music Match and restarted my computer but it didn't help. I get a message to reinsall and restart computer but, like I said, I've tried that. I have contacted Music Match but they haven't been much help in the past, so, while waiting for their reply, I thought that maybe someone else has had this problem and can help me. Thanks in advance.
