Music Organization Tool

i am looking for a program that will automatically search for the proper id3 tag information. i would also prefer for it to rename the files and organize them in directories, but that is not mandatory. i am not exactly sure as to what i should search for in google. i have tried music organizer, music rename, music auto rename, music auto identify, music auto identifier, etc. i have spent the last 4 hours trying to solve this mystery. any and all suggestions are appreciated.

but, havent tried any of them so do not know if they work !!

first one sounds pretty good though

 

the problem is i have over 1200 songs that need to be fixed. those programs would require me listening to every song and finding the info out on my own. i might as well manually edit em. i am looking for something that identifies them by footprint.
