    I have a 32bit Vista.

I moved my library from my C: to my external in order to save room.
Then, I cleared up some space, and decided that a 5400RPM IDE external over USB 1.0 was to slow, so I moved it back into my Music folder. When I moved it, the Music button in the Start menu was linked to the external hard drive (Don't ask how I managed to get it there). Now whenever I click it, it does nothing. Explorer won't even open.

Is there a way I can link it to the My Music folder?

Right click on the Music button and select Properties. In the winow you opened is a tab labeled Location. Click Restore Default as you put everything back into the default folder.
