Musicmatch to My Doc.ERROR

Using Musicmatch Jukebox Plus, the most current version, when copying a CD an error message pops-up. I might be able to copy half the tracks to MusicMatch.
Error
Unable to access track information for "C:\Documents and Settings\account name,cd name, track name"
The file is in use.

The tracks go to My Documents\My Music\cd name. If I open the folder in My Documents\My Music\cd name and individually play each track, I can edit the file in MusicMatch. It is then in MusicMatch and My Documents\My Music\cd name. It would be alot faster if everything went to MusicMatch like it's supposed to.confused
