I am on Win 98, and use Musicmatch 9.0 to send and manage mp3 files to my Philips PSA250/17 mp3 player. When I have loaded a file, the close x at top right doesn't close the Portable Device Manager. When I CTRL/ALT/DEL, that program is not responding. I have to use End Task in CTRL/ALT/DEL. I have searched the web, and the Philips Nike site to no avail. One thing I need your thoughts on is this. The Musicmatch says min sys requirement is Win XP. I have Win 98. Is this the cause of my dilemma? If not, any other suggestions? I have removed the M. Match program, and reinstalled.
