"Must have Free downloads" queries.

I printed out the "Must have Free downloads" listing from http://www.majorgeeks.com/page.php?id=20 yesterday.

1. First page printed out left aligned.

Balance of 5 pages printed out right aligned.
No big deal, I just wondered if it was my setup, or does it happen to others?

2. Under find a better Browser, it recommends 4 Browsers.

But under Opera it recommends Opera without Java.

My question is how do I know if my Opera v9.23 has Java or not? If so what is the difference between Opera with Java, and without? And how do I remove Java if I want to. :confused :confused Bazza

 

In Opera:
Go to Tools > Preferences > Advanced > Contents
There u' ll see if the box for Java is checked or not

 

Thanks for the advice, I'm still new to Opera and operating mainly on the defaults. Have unclicked the 2 references to Java. Will see what happens, I guess.

Can't load smilies is the first effect More research required by me.)

Re-clicked them both on, just now, and still can't get MG smilies. Very confusing. Bazza

But still had that problem.
What version of Opera are you currently using?
