my antivirus detected a TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen

    i have a TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen problem

    hi i appreciate for help if somebody can give suggestion regarding problems with TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen .

    My AVG detected this trojan in IEtemp folder and in system32 folder.

    do you have some idea how to resolve the problem
