Mabey someone can help me!! I have a MSI CD-R/RW Drive model CR52-M and my OS is XP PRO.I use no burning software just XP! I have not really had any problems with it other than if you leave a cd in the drive, weather it be a game or a burnt cd, and shut the computer off, it would either take a very long time or wouldnt shut down at all and I would have to restart my computer to eject it. Then it would shut down just fine! That wasnt that big off a deal! Now just out of the blue it will not eject the tray when you push the button. I have even tried ejecting it by right clicking on the icon and that dont work either! The drive is empty,it just wont open!!! Any suggestions?????

Does the drive have a tiny little hole in it near to the switch? They tend not to have this anymore but some drives still do. If it does all you need to do is poke a little pin inside and fiddle around a bit and it shouold come open :D
