My chaintech 7v1fa wont boot

    I aquired this yesterday....I installed a AMD AX1600 chip in it and i used a 128 sdram pc100...
    I couldnt get it to boot...The cpu fan spun:psu fan spun:hd light came on ::but no vid......I moved the ext bus freq. to 2-3 2-3 and nothing.
