my computer has something on it

I have pasted a copy of my mbam log. I tried to do a DDS report but it would not run. I do not know how to get rid of C:\WINDOWS\system32\uacinit.dll (Trojan.Agent) -> Delete on reboot. I would run combofix, but I am afraid to mess up my work computer. I also followed the directions on this forum and tried the control panel but I did not find anything.
