Your problems are not due to malware and as such you should be posting in the Software Forum. I could give you a few tips
(but you may not like them) but first you will have to download and use the proper version of MGtools from the READ & RUN ME. You did not download the current version which you must always do when running the READ ME. Run the current version and attach a new MGlogs.zip file.

Also why did you run ComboFix more than once?

Okay below you will fnd my suggestions! Remember this has nothing to do with malware.

First your biggest problem is that you are running Windows XP with only 256MB of memory and you had only 45.07 MB free at the time of getting your logs. It you open another browser or two, you would be down to almost not memory available. And if your antivirus decided to do an automatic scan, you would barely be able to do anything. You need to upgrade to a minimum of 512 MB but I suggest that your really go for 1 GB.

Now onto what you are running in your limited 256 MB of RAM.

Uninstall SUPERAntiSpyware since we don't need it anymore.
Then I suggest that you uninstall Ad-Aware 2007 since it is just wasting system resource by having a service running and you don't have any resources to afford. Their scan is not that effective anyway and you would be better served by keeping SUPERAntiSpyware than Ad-Aware as a scan only tool if you were to keep one. However since your issue right now is performance, uninstall both of them.

Other things you should consider uninstalling:
    Google Toolbar for Internet Explorer
    Live_TV Toolbar
    Windows Live Toolbar
    Yahoo Toolbar

Now here are some processes that you don't need to run at startup which will free up some resources. Run C:\MGtools\analyse.exe by double clicking on it (Note: if using Vista, don't double click, use right click and select Run As Administrator). This is really HijackThis (select Do a system scan only) and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {4f3ed5cd-0726-42a9-87f5-d13f3d2976ac} - (no file)
    O3 - Toolbar: (no name) - {2318C2B1-4965-11d4-9B18-009027A5CD4F} - (no file)
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SunJavaUpdateSched] "C:\Program Files\Java\jre1.6.0_03\bin\jusched.exe"
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [HP Software Update] C:\Program Files\HP\HP Software Update\HPWuSchd2.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TkBellExe] "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Real\Update_OB\realsched.exe" -osboot

    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.

Below are some addition processes you should research to see if you really need these to always load each time you start your PC. In the READ & RUN ME, we gave you this link Dealing with Startup Processes which mentions using a tool like Autoruns or you could use Spybot (which you have installed) to disable these and then renable them later if you decide you need to use them.

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [fssui] "C:\Program Files\Windows Live\Family Safety\fssui.exe" -autorun
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [MsnMsgr] "C:\PROGRA~1\WINDOW~4\MESSEN~1\msnmsgr.exe" /background
    O4 - Startup: OpenOffice.org 2.3.lnk = C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org 2.3\program\quickstart.exe
    O4 - Global Startup: HP Digital Imaging Monitor.lnk = C:\Program Files\HP\Digital Imaging\bin\hpqtra08.exe
