My computer needs help in a serious way!!!

HELP!! You guys, the audio no longer works on my computer! I don't know what the problem is.

AND..when I try to hold down ctrl+alt+delete, the task manager doesn't come up as it should. Instead, a window pops up that says "the task manager has been disabled by your administrator".

I don't understand how this is happening! I am losing control of my computer completely!!

Any help on this would be much appreciated!!!!!
