My computer slow(tried all) HELP PLIZ

Thanks for your services....my pc is slow than normal i've tried everything internet can offer but it does not change am even afraid i've messed up(instinct) when in surfing i get pop ups all 'the tyme. Am using AVG 8.0, Ccleaner is installed. Mozilla firefox is also installed & sometimes i think it slows down the connection. Am movie geeker loooolllllll so i download movies using Bitlord which for weeks now have been taking ages to download. i aslo receive notification that my visual memory is small and windows will do something.

My computer uses Window xp proffesional, version 2002,service pack 3.

AMD sempron(tm) processor 2800+
clockspeed: 1.6ghz, 512mb

visual memory available at the momemt is 33127 at C: windows is using 537 Ram for all the station.

The pc has a memory of 160Gb then it is divided into two:

Systemdisc ; 60Gb i use this disck for mainly sofwares
Storagedisc ; 90Gd i use this disc to store my movies,music & photo's.

I can't think of any other information u might need to help me out i was about to write every software installed but i think u will think am nuts but am just a desperate mother who want to enjoy my free time behind the pc without waiting 4 ages before i get to anywhere. You should have a look at the Malware Removal Guide by Chaslang since your computer is most likely infected with adware

 

Thankyou for your reply. I've done everything in MALWARE REMOVAL that u suggested but i notice no changes. Pliz what else should i do?????
