My computers gone blank!!

hi,Yesterday I downloaded Reimage to clean up. However after downloading OK to 80%, and trying to download for another 4 hours, it gave me this message, cannot repair computer using normal mode, but can using safe mode, I agreed, it shut my computer down and rebooted, but i lost internet connection. My screen as not lit up since, but computer is purring nicely, but without seeing i cannot enter mypassword or do anything...any help or advice.

 

I downloaded it. Wasn't impressed by the scan now it is still uninstalling after five hours. Something wrong with this.

 

I tried to uninstall the regular way and five hours later it was still spinning. I found the downloads. Seven or eight of them for the one program and deleted them one by one. ?The last one I had to shut down the computer and that got rid of it. Milford. Suggest you pull the plug on your machine and try to reboot from the beginning.
