my desktop is not responding

i have, what i think, are the best free anti spyware and adware that exist. I have used them more than once and it looks like my computer is almost clean, but for a few that seem unharmfull. The problem is that after using all this anti spyware programs my desktop is still not working. All the files i had there do not appear, i cant use the right click, the desktop picture i had doesnt appear and instead of that is a red backround that says: DANGER: SPYWARE. FULL SYSTEM SCAN RESULTS: 3 SPYWARE INFECTIONS, 27 SPYWARE TRACKS, 95 ADULT ORIENTED WEBSITES TRACKS, etc. and it recommends me a site where i can download another anti spyware program, what can i do besides downloading this new program???

 

First, DO NOT DOWNLOAD that program as its most likely not legitimate.

- Download HijackThis 1.99.1

- Unzip the hijackthis.exe file to a folder you create named C:\Program Files\HJT

- Do NOT run Hijack This from the Desktop, a temp folder, or a sub-folder of C:\Documents and Settings, or choose to run it directly from the downloaded ZIP file.

- Before running HijackThis: You must close each of the following:your web browser, e-mail client, instant messenger, and programs like notepad, wordpad, MS Word etc. And any other unnecessary running programs.

- Run HijackThis and save your log file.

- Post your log as an ATTACHMENT to your next message. (Do NOT copy/paste the log into your post).
