My Desktop showing advertisement...

I cannot get it off, and it's not spyware, I checked with Ad-Aware and Spybot.

 

I think you're going to have to describe your problem a little more in depth.
What operating system are you using?
You can't get a photo off what?
What are you doing when the problem occurs?
Are there any error messages?

White Sugar, how are you sure that it is not Spyware? What was the last program installed?, also have you gone through the malware steps to check the system in question to make sure that it is not infected?

 

Where is the photo?
It didn't get posted.
Could you have accidentally placed it (the ad)as a desktop item?
If so try THIS:Right click your desktop and select>Properties
Desktop tab>Customize Desktop
Web tab...make sure there is nothing checked there.

 

If it's anything like I've been seeing going around lately it's a Desktop Hijack. You said you checked with Ad-Aware & Spybot. Did you let them both run complete scans?
