    It was probably too big. You will need to then make sure the file does not exceed the upload limit of 97.7kb by resizing the screenshot. Probably best to start a new thread in the Software Forum to take this any further :)

    In Tony Stewart's car? Sadly not...would have made the 14 hour road trip a heck of a lot quicker ;)

    This is for Kes mainly as she's never seen Vista. It's a default background with the widgets on the right, of which there are hundreds, and the sheets are open programs that one has running, click on the sheet you want and you're there. I haven't put any work into it though I'm sure others have custom Vista desktops way better than this.

    My latest, not fancy smancy or anything just pratical as I only open any windows or folders to before the sidbar shows, so I can view all the sidebar, no icons on desktop.

    Mr Monkey is in rotational 3d though as are any of the icons shown at top of start menu.

    Good ole' eagle eyed Halo.:D Nah, I just turned updates off last week and I forgot to set the security center to not notify. I want control!LOL I always wait a couple of weeks before letting MS update XP just to see if anyone's install blows up, though I haven't seen one in years, and by habit I've carried this on into Vista.

    Ya, the food fight intrigued me also. LOL

    Is the rotational 3D icon a Vista Ultimate feature like the active background is?

    The one below was my XP laptop, this is my Vista laptop, but same as Halo...no icons on desktop...sidebar usually maxed.

    @Halo...I want to gyrate too!!! How?

    Ah gotcha.... last bout of updates installed ok and no issues as yet,

    @Kes.... neato pic :)

    Nope its a 3rd party app, http://mpj.tomaatnet.nl/vista/ ( some of the other apps Andreas has are also good the Glass Toasts resizer is good ) the 3d user pic is the one to spin the icon on start menu, to run at startup you will need to add it to the startup menu as its a per session running app, not installable as yet and has some issues with some users PCs nothig bad just doesnt run.

    Ah Dreamscene ( Vista Ultimate Extras ) for the active desktops is good but can be off putting, depends what animated backdrop you have.

    see above to gyrate ;)

    I probably do, just can't find it.
