My Documents crashing

    Hello,

    I am having an issue with the My Documents folder. Shortly after it opens it starts the windows installer and hangs. I have run the usual anti spyware programs to no avail. When I try to repair xp, it does not accept the cd as it is outdated. Any help would be appreciated greatly.
