My Documents Redirection

All of our computers at work have folder redirection enabled. We noticed recently on one user's workstation that the documents in the redirected My Documents folder on her Desktop don't match what's in the My Documents folder that is accessed by going directly to the redirected folders on the server. Both folders say they are in the same place though. Both say their location is \\server\redirected folders\user. What's going on here and more importantly, how can I fix it?? We are running XP pro.
