My 9800gt died

I'm making this post to let others know how the evga RMA Process is. So far it's been good and the customer support has been very nice and professional to me.

Going to send the card off Monday and let you know how my rma experience is.

It died one day before my 275 came and wanted to use it for PhysX.

 

I've never used the rma from evga, but i've heard it's real good, just as long as you register your card when you buy it.

 

Hmm, I hope none of my cards go as I never registered them, well maybe one. :-o A pair of 9800GTs and a GTX260-216 in my PCs, OC'd and running 24/7. So far, so good with good and clean power.

 

Just as an update Evga received my card on the 6th and then sent out the replacement on the 7th (today)

Pretty impressive imo

Evga has great fast RMA service

 

they have a paid service, and they will send out the new card first, and you can swap it out, and send the old one back. Not necessary IMO.

 

I got my replacement card and it works well.

 

I have the some same problem. My Windows XP not recognize any memory devices (installed on my notebook Acer 4720), like pen drives, memory cards, etc... I tried a lot of things to solve this problem. Can somebody there help me?
