RX7 patience, when either bjgarrick or chaslang come back online either one of them will gladly help you with your problem.

Please reinstall HijackThis to this loaction C:\Program Files\HijackThis, rerun it from that location, and be ready to post the log once either bjgarrick or chaslang ask for it.

Have you done all the steps in the READ ME FIRST BEFORE ASKING FOR SUPPORT thread first? There are quite a few things to be done before using HJT.

    RX7,

You have not ran the online scans listed in the READ ME. These are not optional, they are required! Lets start by removing the O10 entry.

    Download LSP-Fix

After download is complete, Run LSP-Fix

Check the Box labeled "I know what I'm doing" and then click on the osmim.dll file (in the “Keep” section) to select it.

Then, Select the >> button to move osmim.dll into the Remove section.

Now, click the Finish Button. When the Repair Summary box appears, click OK.

(Note: If the file osmim.dll is already in the remove section, then just click FINISH.)

After you complete the above, you MUST relocate HJT.

Please EXTRACT HijackThis from the ZIP File to a Safer location. Here's how:

    To create a new folder:
Click START > My Computer > Local Disc C: > Program Files
Now, Right Click on an Empty Area and select New > Folder & name it HijackThis and ENTER

    To Extract HijackThis:
Now, Right Click your HijackThis ZIP File and select Extract All > Next > and browse to your newly created HijackThis Folder
    (C:\Program Files\HJT) and click Next.

The reason HJT needs its own safe folder is so that backups will be safely preserved. That way, if a mistake is made in the removal process, the mistakenly deleted entry can be restored.

After you have completed the above, procede with these online scans:

    TrendMicro Online Scan
    Bitdefender online scan
RavAntivirus online scan <-- select Auto Clean then click Scan My PC
    TrojanScan online scan

After you have completed ALL of the above, reboot and post a fresh HJT log as an attachment to your post.
