My funky Vid Card Problem

    It all started with this:

    So I reformatted because I thought it was some kind of virus (It really needed it anyways), but it was still here, so I took out my video card, and it was back to normal. I have an NVIDIA GeForce2 MX/MX 400 64 mb, if that matters at all. Any help would be awesome (as you can probably see, I want to play WoW :) )
